Getting Started with Equal-Eyes Pro
For your convenience, I have created this getting started guide to step you through the process of preparing EEPro for its first time use on your headset.
Following these steps in sequence will get you up and running in a few minutes.
Step 1
After purchase, you will have received an email detailing how to download and install Equal-Eyes Pro (EEPro).
If you cannot locate your email, please check your spam or deleted folder.
Step 2
Install EEPro on your Quest headset. The procedure to do this is the same for Equal-Eyes Retail.
Details of how to install Equal-Eyes Retail (EE) can be found here and is applicable to EEPro.
Return here once you reach the "YOUR DEVICE CODE" section.
Step 3
Activate your EEPro license by visiting registration link below
Click on the Activate Product Link on the page.
Select your product
Enter the email address used to make your purchase.
After completing the registration/licencing process, you will be presented with a confirmation page and emailed the details.
Step 4
After Registering EEPro, it's time to run it on your headset.
Start EEPro now.
You will be presented with a Headset Pairing Panel.
In here you will be presented with the instructions for STEP 3 above but as that already done. All you need to do now is enter the email address used during registration into the Email Field.
This will pair this headset with the Registration License activated previously.
After Registering EEPro, it's time to run it on your headset.
Start EEPro now.
You will be presented with a Headset Pairing Panel.
In here you will be presented with the instructions for STEP 3 above but as that already done. All you need to do now is enter the email address used during registration into the Email Field.

After Registering EEPro, it's time to run it on your headset.
Start EEPro now.
You will be presented with a Headset Pairing Panel.
In here you will be presented with the instructions for STEP 3 above but as that already done. All you need to do now is enter the email address used during registration into the Email Field.

Go ahead and enter your email address using the virtual keyboard. Press Enter and hit Register.
Depending on whether or not you have purchases a SUBSCRIPTON, you will be presented with the following page.

Step 5
After a successful pairing, you will asked to add a patient. As the registered owner, that may be yourself of course!
Fill in the details using the controllers and virtual keyboard.
You will be required to set a weak eye. If you don't know which eye is weak, perhaps try the dominant eye triangle technique.
Set your weak eye as the "Non Dominant" Eye.
As always, it is recommended to have consulted with preferably a Vision Therapy Eye Doctor (VTOD) or at least an optometrist. They can tell you your diagnosis.
If you are able to diagnose this yourself, then highlight the relevant entries in the list.
If you are unsure, you can come back to this Patient Form later.
Add any supportive comments in the comments section below and then press SAVE.
Step 6
Finally, after adding yourself, your family members or as a practitioner, you Clinic as a patient. It's time to select the Patient intending to be the first or sole patient using the system.
Click on a Patient to make that patient active.
First Run is complete
Congratulations. Equal-Eyes Pro is ready to use!
