Additional Information - ADB installation.
If you are still having problems connecting then the following procedures may help.
The number one reason is because the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) has not been installed.
Windows PC - ADB installation
On occasion, it is possible you are unable to connect to your headset using SideQuest.
If using a PC Please check you have followed the official Device Setup Procedure (PC)
MacOS - ADB installation
Download the Android SDK Platform Tools ZIP file for macOS.
Extract the ZIP to an easily-accessible location (like the Desktop for example).
Open Terminal.
To browse to the folder you extracted ADB into, enter the following command: cd /path/to/extracted/folder/
Connect your headset to your Mac with a compatible USB cable. Change the USB connection mode to “file transfer (MTP)” mode. This is not always required for every device, but it's best to just leave it in this mode so you don't run into any issues.
Once the Terminal is in the same folder your ADB tools are in, you can execute the following command to launch the ADB daemon: ./adb devices
On your device, you'll see an "Allow USB debugging" prompt. Allow the connection.
Alternative Installer - Oculus Quest Developer Hub
With the headset connected, open the Device Manager Tab and use the "Add Build" button to browse to the unzipped EqualEyes.apk file.
