The Equal-Eyes application has not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent in your country or region for the treatment or diagnosis of medical conditions. Its use is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Efficacy
AvalonwebVr provides no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the efficacy, accuracy, or outcomes resulting from the use of this application. Users acknowledge that the application is provided "as is" and use it at their own risk.
Guidance from a Visual Eye Doctor (VTOD) is strongly advised. As this application is self driven, it is recommended to be used under the guidance, supervision, and recommendation of a qualified Visual Eye Doctor (VTOD). The application should complement, not replace, any ongoing treatment, therapy, or medical advice provided by a licensed professional.
Limitation of Liability
AvalonwebVr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or any other harm or loss incurred.

Personal data held on our servers is secure and AvalonwebVR will not intentionally share this data with a third party without express written permission.
AvalonwebVr will not be held responsible for the security of data held on the users devices. This will be the sole responsibility of the user.
AvalonwebVr will not be held responsible for data held by a Clinic using our services. The security of any personal data you have voluntarily provided to a Clinic is the responsibility of of the Clinic. It would be recommended to review the the individual clinics security policies in that instance.

AvalonwebVr is a branch of Avalonweb. Avalonweb was founded and owned by Mark Boyce. Marks role is that of a software developer and 3D graphics designer. Avalonweb provide all services including the applications, website design and back-end server management.
Refunds
AvalonwebVr offer a 30 day money back guaranty should the program not be suitable for your requirements providing AvalonWebVr are able to confirm application de-activation. AvalowebVr will step you through the de-activation process prior to a refund being issued.
Changes to Terms and Condtions
